Titan Builders is a second-generation development and construction firm located in Miami-Dade County, in Southern Florida. Founded in 1981 by Donald W. Shackelford, P.E., becoming Baseline Development in 2013, when sons Brandon and Shane came onboard to continue the Legacy.

Today, as Titan Builders, our growth continues under the leadership of the managing team, Brandon, Shane, Fred, Juergen and Craig, who use their learned individual knowledge and expertise to bring a new level of service to South Florida and the Residential and Commercial Building Industry.

Whether it's commercial, industrial, or residential, the firm offers turn-key services which allows us to take a project from inception to turnover. Most construction delays and budget overruns are due to contractors and consultants working apart causing costly delays. Our team collaborates every step of the way, minimizing delays.
